Free art and jazz at the beach in Capitola showcases the work of talented artists, while the admission-free art and wine festival in Scotts Valley is another way to experience artistic treasures. For jazz lovers, Monday and Tuesday nights feature a tasty line-up at a hip wine bar and restaurant in Downtown Santa Cruz.
