Adventure Out is California's premiere outdoor school specializing in surf camps, rock climbing classes, backpacking trips, mountain biking and wilderness survival skills instruction. Our mission is to share decades of wilderness experience while achieving our wildest adventures in the outdoors. We offer open-to-the-public trips and classes, private lessons and group programs such as corporate retreats, team building and private parties.
Two daily weekend trips are available to access Big Basin: Take route 35A from Metro Center at 8:30am, spend the day at Big Basin and bus back on Route 35 at 7:48pm or hike the trail down to Waddell Creek and connect to the Route 40 Davenport/North Coast Beach route bus back to Santa Cruz at 5:15pm. Cost is $2 one way.
